A high performance, medium modulus, single component, fast skinning, moisture curing polyurethane joint sealant. 

Tremflex 25 is a non sag material specifically designed for general purpose sealing of a variety of substrates. Typical applications include: expansion and control joints, precast concrete panel joints, tilt-up panel joints, perimeter caulking (windows, doors, panels), siding details and flashing and sheet metal conditions. This sealant cures to a flexible rubber when exposed to moisture present in the air.
